***POLICY***

1. A $50 NON REFUNDABLE booking fee/deposit is required to book and reserve your spot. The $50 fee will be applied to your final total cost. Accepted payment methods: Zelle, Venmo, Paypal. All deposit will be applied to final payment.

2. Please do not book your appointment if you are not 100% sure!

3. Please note that the $50 booking/deposit fee WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, schedule conflicts, weather, illness,
health, or any other reasons. So please book wisely!

4. Due to COVID, we are limiting one guest per visit in the suite. There is a waiting area in the building, if you have a guest with you, you are more than welcome to utilize the space/amenities. The building also has a strict NO PET policy. We apologize if this causes any inconvenience.

5. Please be respectful and arrive on time. If you are more than 20 minutes late, your appointment will be cancelled and you will have to repay the deposit in order to reschedule.

6. If you need to move your appointment time/date, please let me know 5 days ahead. If not, another $50 deposit will secure your rescheduled date.

7. All results will vary per person depending on, but not limited to, their skin, lifestyle, existing hair, blood type, bon structure, any medications taken and aftercare.

8. If you have received this procedure previously, YOU MUST send me a picture of your brows without any makeup for consultation (916.214.0439).

9. For all eyeliner tattoo receivers, please remove any lash extensions prior to your appointment. If you wear any contact lenses, please bring your contact lenses case for safe-keeping during procedure.

10. For all who received Lasik procedures, please wait 6 months after your procedures to make an appointment.

11. You must be 18+ in order to make an appointment and to receive this procedure even with parental consent.

12. PRICES ARE SUBJECT TO CHANGE WITHOUT NOTICE. NO EXCEPTIONS.

13. iBrow Cliniq reserves the right to refuse service to anyone


Touch-Up Appointment is REQUIRED

1. Initial fee includes one touch-up within 8 weeks. 

2. Please note that touch-up fee WILL NOT be refunded under any circumstances. This includes, but not limited to, schedule conflicts, weather, illness, health, or any other reasons. If you need to move your appointment time/date, please let me know 5 days ahead. So please book wisely!

3. If touch-up appointment passes the required 8 weeks time frame, there will be an extra charge.

4. You can make your touch-up appointment immediately after the first appointment, or you can call/text to schedule your appointment at your earliest convenience.

5. If you need to move your touch-up appointment time/date, please let me know 5 days ahead. If not, another $50 deposit will secure your rescheduled date.

6. All foreign touch-ups will be considered as a new client.

Please view the DISQUALIFICATION LIST below prior to booking. 

Permanent makeup is NOT RECOMMENDED for any clients who are or have:

1. Women who are pregnant or nursing

2. Epilepsy

3. Individuals with Pacemaker or major heart problems

4. Individuals with viral infections and/or diseases

5. Individuals with Lupus

6. Individuals who have undergone Organ Transplant

7. Individuals with any kind of skin conditions on or near the treatment area such as, but not limited to, Eczema, dermatitis, rosacea, psoriasis

8. Individuals who are allergic to metal colour

9. Individuals prone to keloids

10. Individuals who used Accutane

11. Individuals who takes any type of blood thinners - please stop taking the medications 2 days prior to appointment

12. Individual who had Botox treatment 2 months prior to appointment
